I am highly sought after by insurance companies since I maintain current water damage restoration credentials making me qualified to inspect work after a mitigation company. I am highly sought after by attorneys with my background and some pre-law education. This is where a consultant separates themselves from many others who are flooring inspectors. I have worked with attorneys on case preparation or in an advisory capacity when needed. I do not price match other inspectors, but then, most other inspectors can’t match my credentials.
