As a certified floor covering inspector, I have conducted flooring inspections for manufacturers, distributors, retailers, contractors, and end users for over 35 years.  I am certified to inspect carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl, concrete substrates, and subfloors to determine the reason for non-performance or installation failure. My certifications include IICRC Senior Certified Carpet Inspector, IICRC Substrate and Subfloor Inspector,  IICRC Master Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner,  IICRC Odor Specialist, IICRC Commercial Cleaning Specialist, ITS Hard Surfaces Flooring Inspector, NALFA Laminate Inspector, AFS Woven Inspector, AFS Certified Commercial Carpet Inspector. Participation in continued inspection seminars are attended yearly to keep certifications current, I am a member of the National Institute of Floor Covering Inspectors and the World Flooring Assoc.
