- Evolved from storefront retail marketing to shop-at-home services with exceptional customer service.
- Promoted and adhered to industry standards, including acclimation, pre-cutting materials, job site pre-inspection, preparation and respective moisture testing.
- Worked extensively in product specification and installation for repurposing old textile mills in Fall River MA; including projects for Prima Care, Internal Medicine Cardiology, Department of Social Services and Center for Sight.
- Performed installation work within Harvard University’s historical buildings, including projects for the President’s House, Harvard Magazine, Marshall’s Office, Board of Governors, Faculty Club, University Police Station Etc…..
- Provided resolution regarding installation issues at Blythesdale Children’s Hospital in Valhalla, NY by performing corrective measures and replacing flooring installed incorrectly by another contractor.
- Performed extensive work repairing/upgrading flooring at multiple churches within the Fall River Catholic Diocese, regional school departments, and multiple police stations including the MA State Police barracks and local police station in Chilmark, MA.
- Performed a prototype installation for Collins & Aikman within the Newport Naval Base; using a new moisture mitigation system (Versa Shield), to install commercial carpet and establish its effectiveness, assisting with the introduction of products to the flooring marketplace
- Operated certified workroom operations for companies including Collins & Aikman (Tandus), J.C. Penney, and Home Depot.
