David Zack is a highly experienced flooring inspector specializing in floorcovering claims across Phoenix, Arizona, and neighboring areas.
With a tenure in the flooring industry dating back to 1988, David obtained his certification as a Flooring Inspector in 1991. He boasts a wealth of experience, having authored essential guides such as “The Carpet Book-Claims Guide” and “The Ultimate Carpet Manufacturing, Inspection and Claims Training Manual.” Additionally, David is the mastermind behind FloorDetective.com, a comprehensive platform dedicatedto resolving floor covering issues.

David’s professional journey includes stints in material testing laboratories, ownership of two carpet cleaning businesses, and a managerial role at Chrysler Corporation for 12 years. Since 2001, he has conducted over 17,000 residential flooring inspections and corrections, specializing in sidematch, shearing, steaming, spot dyeing, and pile lifting techniques.
