Originally from the Northeast where Bill became involved in Construction at a young age and later became a Master Carpenter. Bill moved to Florida in 1990 and started his own company. He is a Florida State Certified Building Contractor since 1991 and has been involved with ALL aspects of Residential and Commercial construction from design concept through building completion; footings to roof. Bill has experience installing Carpet, Sheet Vinyl, Tile, Hardwood, Laminate, and Luxury Vinyl Plank. In addition to my extensive background in construction, Bill went through the necessary training, etc. to become a Certified Flooring Inspector in the early 1990’s. Bill is a fact based Inspector and strives to provide Commissioning Parties with thorough and Advanced Inspections.Bill is a IICRC S230 Consensus Board Committee Member developing the National Standard for Subfloor/Substrate Inspection.  Bill is also a Professional Expert Witness.
