DM Flooring Inspections Inc is a firm operated by Wade and Don Magnussen who have over sixty years of combined industry experience.

Wade and Don have achieved IICRC certification in both residential and commercial carpet maintenance.  Don has certification as a ‘Master Restoration and Carpet Cleaning’ Technician.  Wade has certification as a ‘Journeyman Restoration and Carpet Cleaning’ Technician.

Wade and Don are both Certified Flooring Inspectors for hardwood, engineered floors, bamboo, laminate, ceramic, vinyl, and carpet. They endeavour to provide detailed and reliable reports allowing the client to make sound decisions based on the most current and applicable industry and manufacturing standards.
