Browning
Browning is a dark discoloration that appears at the tips of face yarns that occurs after wet carpet dries. The water can be related to either cleaning or flood damage. Cleaning-related browning is the most common complaint for carpet cleaning companies. There are two types:
- Cellulosic Browning
- Soil Wicking.
