Andrew is also licensed by the Institute for Floor Covering Inspectors International (IFCII) as a ‘Certified LVP Inspector.’He formed Carolina Flooring Inspections because he observed home buyers and sellers wanting to hire a certified floor specialist to inspect their flooring independent of a home inspection report. They want to be more certain their hardwood floors have no problems before purchasing or selling.
