Founded by Trey Henderson, who is a certified flooring inspector with over 11 years of experience in the industry and continually enhances his expertise through research, attending industry seminars, participating in continuing education, and engaging with other leaders in the field. In his previous role as claims manager for a major residential flooring company, Trey successfully managed thousands of flooring claims, oversaw hundreds of floor replacements and was ultimately the one making decisions on who should be held responsible for flooring issues.
