1970. I started working for a large floor-covering retailer as a warehouseman. I was an installer apprentice for 4 1/2 years installing all types of flooring.

In 1984. Started a floor-covering installation company that I owned and operated for 12 years, employing up to ten installers.

In 1994. I became a Master floor certified installer and carpet inspector by the CFI.  I also became one of their trainers/instructors traveling around the country to help with their certifications.

From 1996 to 2001. I worked for a flooring adhesive manufacturer who was based in Dalton, GA. I served as a Regional Technical Service Representative whose duties it was to investigate claims and conduct product training as well as sales.  During this time I was certified by the FCITC as a carpet inspector.

2001-2005. I started working as a salesman for a full-line floor-covering wholesaler covering the Midwestern side of Illinois. In the 4 years, I worked for them, I increase sales by 600%.

2005-2018. I worked for a global manufacturer as a Regional Technical Service Representative. My duties included claim investigations, conducting product training, and assisting sales.

2018 I retired and started Moore Certified Servcies LLC. Which offers certified inspection in flooring.

I am certified in all types of flooring by the CFIU.

I can assist in job startup meetings, per-job site inspections, product knowledge, hands-on training, and post-inspections.
