Ms. Metz entered the flooring industry in 2019, with a background that includes manufacturing support, business law, and education.  She first obtained her inspection certifications from FCITS in 2022, which she supplements by attending industry events in Dalton, GA and across the country, to stay abreast of new product innovations and development trends.  Originally from New York, she currently resides in Charlotte, NC, and performs inspections in North & South Carolina, New York, New England, and Minnesota.
