My name is Daniel Hanchett, and my company, Precision Inspection and Testing Services, is available to perform flooring inspections for your company, when you have requests in Eastern Tennessee and surrounding states.

I am a Certified Master Flooring Inspector (ID # 1420) through Flooring Consultants & Inspection Training Services (FCITS) in the following designations:
- Commercial Specialist
- Residential Carpet Inspector
- Hard Surface Specialist
- Advanced Hardwood Specialist
- Advanced LVT & Rigid Core Specialist
I previously held IICRC Certifications as Master Restorer and Master Textile Cleaner.
I been involved in the Cleaning & Restoration Industry in some facet of the operations, for more that 35 years, as well as being an industry consultant & instructor for Water Damage Restoration & Mold Remediation.
Prior to moving to the Knoxville, Tennessee area, I performed inspections in Southern California for over 8 years as an FCITS Certified Inspector, as well as IFTI (Concrete Testing)
My coverage area includes Central & Eastern Tenn., Southern Ky, Southwest VA, Western N.C., as well as Northern GA.
Mileage charges are not assessed unless the inspection is more than 40 miles from my location.
All requests for inspections are promptly returned, with customers being contacted within 24 hours, if possible. I endeavor to have all assignments scheduled and performed within 7 days of your authorizations, with a comprehensive report back to the requesting party within 48 business hours of the inspection being performed.
Payments accepted include Checks, Credit Card and direct deposit.
